Refunds policy

1. One-Day Workshops (e.g., ₹199 Workshops):

• Non-Refundable: Fees for one-day workshops are non-refundable. This policy is due to the limited nature of these sessions and the resources allocated upon enrollment.​

2. Long-Term Courses (Multiple Sessions):

• Withdrawal Before Course Commencement:

  • Full Refund: If you choose to withdraw from a long-term course at least 7 days before the start date, you are eligible for a full refund.​

• Withdrawal After Course Commencement:

  • Pro-Rata Refund: If you withdraw after the course has begun, a pro-rata refund will be provided. This refund will be calculated based on the number of sessions attended versus the total course sessions.​

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving a written request.​

• Submission: To initiate a refund, please submit a written request to info@prihard.com, including your full name, contact information, course details, and the reason for the refund.​

• Review: Each request will be reviewed in accordance with this policy, and you will be notified of the decision within 5 business days.​
